At Areté Giorgio, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our grooming tools. If your purchase is not what you expected, we are here to help.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • With all packaging, accessories, and tags intact

  • In resellable condition

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If items are returned opened, used, damaged, or not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee of up to 30%, at our discretion.


How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@aretegiorgio.com before sending anything back.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a replacement or resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used grooming tools

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital course enrolments or content access

  • Any product that cannot be returned in its original sealed condition

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product following the steps above. Once approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
